Dallas-based Access Healthcare Services USA LLC, specialists in healthcare revenue cycle management and IT services, today announced the appointment of Sid Mehta as Senior Vice President of Sales & Business Development and Sam Civello as Senior Vice President of Client Services, both effective immediately. Mehta and Civello will report to President, US Operations, David Tassoni.
Sales & Business Development:
As SVP, Sales & Business Development, Sid will be responsible for leading the organization’s new business growth initiatives, expansion of Access Healthcare market share and ensure the overall success of client engagement. Sid is passionate about leading innovation and automation.
Sid brings 20 years of experience in healthcare business process outsourcing. He has partnered with leading healthcare organizations to optimize costs and augment revenue, while transforming their organizations to be more digitally enabled. Sid is a proven sales leader in building high performance teams, defining industry best practices and forging client partnerships.

Before Access Healthcare, Sid was Vice President of Healthcare for Sutherland, where he was responsible for business development, and retention and growth of their healthcare provider portfolio.
Sid’s experience also includes roles at HBCS, M*Modal, Nuance and Dana Farber. Sid holds a MBA, from Bentley College and attended undergrad at Sydenham College. Sid has completed several strategic sales and negotiation certifications and is an active member of HFMA, AHIMA and The Health Management Academy.
Client Services:
Sam, with two decades of physician services and healthcare management experience, brings a proven track record of client services/management to this role. As SVP, Client Services, Sam will ensure the overall success of client engagement, overseeing the Client Service Executive team.
Sam joins Access Healthcare having held senior management positions across both finance and healthcare. Most recently, Sam held the role of Vice President, Operations – North Texas and Oklahoma at U.S. Anesthesia Partners Inc. At USAP Sam was responsible for driving operational improvement and change management initiatives across the region consisting of over 1,200 clinicians.
Sam’s vast experience also includes these roles with a portfolio such as Platinum Dermatology Partners, MedSynergies, Inc (now a part of Optum, a division under United Healthcare), Texas Health Physicians Group and Citigroup.

Sam holds an MBA, Health Services Management from the University of North Texas and a BBA, Finance from the University of Texas.
Sam and Sid’s announcement is another signal of significant investment for Access Healthcare, who was most recently included in the Dallas Business Journal’s Middle Market 50 awards for revenue growth over the past three years.
