Complia Health announced today the acquisition of the company’s Procura division by Montreal-based AlayaCare. The combined business will offer enterprise solutions for home, residential and community care in Canada, Australia and New Zealand. AlayaCare will acquire all Procura assets, people and customer contracts and will move forward under the AlayaCare brand.
