Traliant Expands its Environmental, Health & Safety Training Catalog with 5 New Courses and Safety Microlearnings

5 new courses and microlearnings to promote awareness, reduce risks and prevent accidents

“Our growing EHS catalog reflects Traliant’s commitment to improving occupational safety programs with interactive training that can be tailored to organizations’ unique safety needs.” Andrea Foster-Mack, EHS Product Director at Traliant and Certified Safety and Health Official.

Traliant, an innovator in online compliance training, today announced five new courses to its growing Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) catalog: Emergency Preparedness and Response, Infectious Disease Control, Preventing Workplace Violence, Introduction to OSHA and Drugs & Alcohol in the Workplace.

The company also announced new microlearnings, called Safety Briefs, designed to supplement EHS training courses and prompt ‘safety moment’ discussions at work. Optimized for mobile devices and tablets, and each under five minutes, the new Safety Briefs cover lockout/tagout, proper lifting, chemical hazards, ladder safety and fire extinguisher use.

“Training is one of the building blocks for creating an active safety culture,” said John Arendes, CEO of Traliant. “Our expanding library of courses and microlearnings helps organizations foster a safety mindset and prepare employees to recognize and avoid potential hazards.”

Aligned with the general industry standards of the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Traliant’s EHS training courses promote safety awareness with practical guidance and actions to reduce the risk of accidents, injuries and the high cost of non-compliance.

“Our growing EHS catalog reflects Traliant’s commitment to improving occupational safety programs with interactive training that can be tailored to meet organizations’ unique safety needs,” said Andrea Foster-Mack, EHS Product Director at Traliant and Certified Safety and Health Official.

Traliant’s EHS courses feature bite-sized content, with animated scenario-based videos, real-world scenarios and animated knowledge checks to boost engagement and interaction. Available in both English and Spanish, courses are mobile optimized for anytime access.
