Fertility Source Companies (“FSC”), among the country’s largest egg donation and surrogacy agencies operating on a national level, is celebrating two momentous achievements. For 20 years, they’ve been providing the most comprehensive third-party reproductive care and coordination to individuals and couples in the United States and from around the world. Concurrently, FSC is also honoring the birth of its 700th baby born via surrogacy. Both events spotlight the agency’s success in ensuring the highest degree of commitment, support, and guidance to intended parents, egg donors, and surrogates.
Celebrating A Generation of Family-Building
Since opening in 2003, FSC has helped many couples and individuals — over 4,500 national and international intended parents (IPs), including those within the LGBTQ+ community — to achieve their goals of beginning or growing their families.“
As Fertility Source Companies celebrates 20 years in a deeply competitive industry, it is with great awe that I find myself a part of this amazing community,” said Donna Raidy, current CEO. “When I started as a Case Manager in egg donation cases, I found myself thinking of all the possibilities for these families we were honored to help create.” She continues, “I felt compelled to do it ‘right,’ to put into place a system that honored not only the IPs we were working with, but also the resulting children from these donations.”
A Growing Number of Successful Surrogacies
As they reach two decades of family-building success, FSC is also excited to be celebrating a second milestone — the births of over 700 babies via The Surrogacy Source. This specialized surrogacy program quickly and carefully matches IPs with gestational surrogates. Prospective parents are assured of a safe connection with a surrogate, one who has been fully screened through a background check, insurance review, and psychological evaluation.

These historic achievements are due to the efforts and dedication of all FSC team members over the years, including physicians, nurses, embryologists, technicians, and administrators. Their board, formerly run by Steve Masler, and now led by Raidy, are founding members of the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDS). They have created a blueprint on how to succeed and have longevity in an industry that sees many ups and downs. They look forward to many more years of helping people realize their parenthood goals.
