IMCO focuses on “We in 23” at the 2023 National Convention

IMCO, the nation’s premier association of Independent Medical Distributors, wrapped up its 2023 Annual Convention and Trade Show last month at the Hilton Orlando in Orlando, Florida. “We in ‘23 is our Convention theme this year, focusing on the spirit of how we work together as individual companies within our collective group. The way we each achieve success may be measured differently, but as we work together collaboratively, our success is multiplied exponentially.” said IMCO CEO Bill McLaughlin. “The ever growing success of this annual event is a testament to the strength of our community and the true power ‘We’ hold.”

Our education sessions featured impactful speakers including Colette Carlson, a renown Certified Speaking Professional who has more than 20 years of experience helping individuals change behaviors that impact their success, Mike Marks of Indian River Consulting and many sales training and industry experts such as Al Bates of Distribution Performance Project and Mark Shonka of IMPAX Sales Performance. This event also included powerful distributor panels and roundtable discussions, a full-day trade show, valuable networking, and a Bootleggers Ball in true 20s fashion to end our time together.

Our 2022 Vendor of the Year was awarded to DUKAL. Members valued their “strategic partnership” and support and flexibility in the field alongside the substantial growth seen throughout this year.
