Annual MiPACS User Meeting Returns June 2023 in Charlotte, NC

Medicor Imaging, creator of MiPACS, announces the return of the annual MiPACS User Meeting this summer in Charlotte, NC on June 8-9, 2023. MiPACS is the premiere solution for the dental and radiology industries and the leading DICOM-compliant digital imaging solution. The MiPACS User Meeting is a small, 2-day conference hosted by Medicor Imaging for MiPACS Users to discuss all things MiPACS, including the roadmap forward for this important medical technology. It is a chance for MiPACS Users to be a part of the conversation and give feedback on the latest updates to the MiPACS software.

The User Meeting will feature software updates, presentations, discussions, and breakout sessions for the various types of MiPACS Users (Schools/Government/Multi-Clinic and Clinical/IT). One-on-one customer meetings are also available with Medicor Imaging staff on Friday afternoon; please reach out to schedule your one-on-one.

Session Breakdown

Thursday, June 8th

  • MiPACS Viewer 4.3
  • Hear about the latest features added to MiPACS v4.3, including new toolbar functions, theme updates, bug fixes, new features added, new plugins, and more.
  • MAST (Mass Approve Store Tool)
  • New to v4.3, MAST is a command line utility making it easy to mass approve images located in the enterprise viewers database.
  • IT Breakout Session #1: HL7
  • In this IT Breakout Session, learn how the MiPACS Storage Server HL7 Add-on works and how it can be implemented with any chosen EHR to keep patient demographics up-to-date or operate a worklist based on patient check-ins or orders using an HL7 interface.
  • IT Breakout Session #2: MiPACS Universal Link
  • yu=-Built into v4.3, the MiPACS Universal Link launches any third party program via command line or PowerShell script for the selected patient. hbvgf

Friday, June 9th

  • NEW Web Viewer Demo
  • Catch a live demo and unveiling of the brand-new NEW MiPACS Web Viewer.
  • MiPACS Feature Requests
  • Throughout the event, Medicor will gather feature requests and then hold a vote on how the requests will affect different user environments. The results will determine the order to prioritize the features requested.
