For those who aren’t into reading a lot, the short stories are easy reading and can be read one or a few at a time and picked up later for more

Author Glenda L Emigh explores a wide range of human emotions through a collection of short stories she has entitled For Now That Is Enough ($15.49, paperback, 9781662875700; $6.99, e-book, 9781662875717).

From experiences most of us share (like the childhood fear of getting a shot) to the extraordinary few can imagine (such as saving a war orphan), there is something here to speak to all hearts. Readers will even discover which biblical character had a bucket list and where God goes when He is silent.

“For those who aren’t into reading a lot, the short stories are easy reading and can be read one or a few at a time and picked up later for more,” said Emigh.

Glenda L. Emigh contributes eight decades of experience to her writing. Over the years she has trained through a variety of writer’s conferences and independent classes, as well as a correspondence course from the Newspaper Institute of America. Emigh wrote a column called “Bit Parts” for a weekly newspaper, as well as feature articles and occasional hard news, and a ghostwritten story in Guideposts that was included in their hardcover yearly edition. This is her fifth book.
