US Fertility supports National Infertility Awareness Week (NIAW) with physician-hosted virtual events and educational resources

US Fertility invites information seekers to free fertility events hosted by US Fertility physicians.

US Fertility recognizes National Infertility Awareness Week® (NIAW) by hosting free webinars and Instagram Live sessions from April 24 through April 28, 2023, featuring topics important to reproductive health such as the menstrual cycle, fertility preservation, issues affecting male fertility, and infertility treatments.

NIAW is a yearly initiative founded by RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association to encourage people to act as their own infertility advocates and to educate legislators and the public about the impact of infertility within their community. SGF partners with RESOLVE to further its mission of broadening awareness of infertility and supporting those facing infertility with compassionate support and information.

“Support systems, community, and information are such important assets to those facing barriers to growing their families,” shares SGF physician Steven Gay, M.D. “SGF is proud to provide educational events and foster a community for our patients.”    

Throughout the year and especially during NIAW, US Fertility’s partner practices — Fertility Centers of Illinois (FCI), IVF Florida, Reproductive Science Center of the San Francisco Bay Area (RSC), and Shady Grove Fertility (SGF) — seek to empower patients through educational resources, physician-hosted events, and support groups all aimed at taking the fear out of fertility care and empowering patients.

All webinars and Instagram Live events will allow for a question-and-answer session with the physicians. While US Fertility webinars are complimentary, interested parties must register to attend by visiting the calendar of events. Even if they’re not able to attend the live event, US Fertility encourages attendees to register anyway to receive a follow-up link of the recording.
