Jeffrey Warchuck Named as President of Huffmaster Crisis Response

“I will build on the company’s core fundamentals and accomplishments, automate backend services, and form new corporate partnerships to dramatically increase its value to our clients as a complete business solution.” – Jeffrey Warchuck, president of Huffmaster Crisis Response

Huffmaster Management (Huffmaster), the provider of choice for Fortune 500 companies seeking strike services, industrial staffing, travel, healthcare staffing, security services, and more, today announced the appointment of Jeffrey Warchuck as president of Huffmaster Crisis Response, a subsidiary of Huffmaster, effective on April 1, 2023. With over 20 years of experience in logistics and operations at internationally renowned companies such as Kraft Foods Group, Mondelēz International, and General Motors, Warchuck is an accomplished professional.

Warchuck worked as the North America Capital Management Director at Mondelēz International for 11 years. In this role, he oversaw a cross-functional supply chain team dedicated to enhancing manufacturing and logistics efficiencies to drive service performance in support of globally sourced product lines. Warchuck resolved day-to-day issues and developed a team of twenty-plus employees to ensure daily functions were executed on time. He also drove corporate initiatives to deliver a multi-million dollar project to improve efficiency and reduce long-term operating costs. Warchuck’s experience also includes serving as Mondelēz’s Regional Director of Customer Logistics in California, where he led a group of 16 salaried and 250 hourly employees to deliver $700M in annual sales.

As Manager of Customer Logistics at Kraft Foods Group, spearheaded a group of 50 Teamster union employees to deliver $125M in sales. As a result, Warchuck managed the 4th largest branch in the nation by sales dollars, meeting budgets and dramatically improving quality–which led to a 41 percent improvement in SHORTS and a 16 percent improvement in OVERS vs. PLAN.

Warchuck also served as Plant Manager, HR Director, and Labor Director for contracts and operations at General Motors, managing all distribution and support functions for the $400M aftersales market. He achieved a 25 percent reduction in the outstanding working queue for a strategic lead-time decrease within six months. In addition, he integrated low-cost warehousing strategies across North America to optimize opportunities and negotiate agreements, resulting in cost reductions throughout the organization.

As the new president of Huffmaster Crisis Response, Warchuck will leverage his extensive background in the end-to-end supply chain to understand what customers need before they know it. In addition, he will combine the company’s current services and transition them into holistic staffing and business solutions, focusing on Fortune 500 companies as well as mid and small-sized organizations.

“Huffmaster has always been nimble, aggressive, and extremely responsive; I will leverage these traits to transform the Crisis Response subsidiary,” said Warchuck. “As the new president, I will also build on the company’s core fundamentals and accomplishments, automate backend services, and form new corporate partnerships to dramatically increase its value to our clients as a complete business solution.”
