InfraScan receives 2022 Life Sciences PA Patient Impact Award

The Life Sciences PA Patient Impact Award recognizes a medicine, therapy, device, or organization that has significantly contributed to the quality of healthcare or length of life of patients in 2022. A panel of independent judges selected InfraScan for receiving FDA clearance for the first hand-held diagnostic device for traumatic brain hemorrhage in children. This is the second time InfraScan has won the patient award.

The awards will be announced at the Annual Awards Dinner on May 3, 2023, and celebrated at the Annual Awards Tailgate on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, 3:00 PM — 6:00 PM EDT in King of Prussia, PA. The tailgate is an opportunity for guests from across the thriving Pennsylvania life sciences community to gather and celebrate with the annual award winners.

InfraScan has over 1,000 devices deployed in the US and internationally, including with some of the world’s leading neurotrauma and trauma experts. InfraScan also licensed various patents that apply to hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke detection and brain hemorrhage monitoring.
