Many patients we encountered were receiving dental care for the first time. Experiences like that reinforce our commitment to increasing access to care for everyone.

Solvere Health, a provider of intelligent and sustainable healthcare solutions for underserved communities, announced the company’s accomplishments in 2022 and its plans to continue expanding healthcare access in 2023.

Addressing the Healthcare Access Crisis:

“We are inspired to build on last year’s momentum. We significantly advanced our mission to bring high-quality healthcare services to patients in underrepresented and remote communities. In delivering rural healthcare programs, many patients we encountered were receiving dental care for the first time,” stated Edward Lorch, Chief Executive Officer, “Experiences like that reinforce our commitment to increasing access to care for everyone. We aim to improve long-term patient outcomes in areas with limited health service availability – a mounting crisis for those living in rural areas. We were proud of our strides in 2022 and have set our sights on new milestones this year.”

Bringing clinical services to designated clinician shortage areas, in 2022, Solvere Health:

  • Dispatched its mobile healthcare fleet & group health event staff across 522,000 miles to deliver clinical services
  • Managed group health events in 25 states (plus Washington D.C.) via mobile medical units, pop-up clinics, and strategically located brick-and-mortar offices
  • Grew the Solvere Health mobile healthcare fleet by 25%

The company’s primary focus is serving overlooked, underfunded, or underrepresented communities and providing military health readiness and post-deployment screenings for the country’s service members. Clinical services include dentistry, audiometry, lab testing, immunizations, physical health assessments, radiology, ophthalmology, and podiatry. Solvere Health delivers group health events via mobile units and pop-up clinics and by opening brick-and-mortar offices in designated health professional shortage areas (HPSAs).

Solvere Health teams visited Arizona, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, NewHampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, SouthCarolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington DC, Washington, and West Virginia.

Sights Set for 2023 – More States, Additional Services, New Communities

Looking ahead to the remainder of 2023, Solvere Health plans to:

  • Introduce additional clinical services to its group health event offering
  • Add new patient communities (for example, dental healthcare for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities)
  • Participate in a crucial oral health care initiative in Northwestern New York State
  • Expand into new geographies, including underserved communities in Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin

In the Spring, Solvere Health will unveil a mobile unit simulator so that clients and partners can better understand the patient experience that the company provides. Furthermore, new units in the mobile healthcare fleet will be outfitted for holistic care rather than a single-service focus.

“Our team is deeply committed to furthering this work in 2023, with rural healthcare central to our mission. We will build on collaborations with our partners; expand our services into more rural areas; and continue adding clinicians in our network,” Lorch affirmed, “As always, we will strive to improve the overall quality of healthcare services in areas of acute need. We know these efforts make a meaningful difference in people’s lives and look forward to achieving even greater successes with our federal, state, municipal, and corporate clients.”
