Elegance Living, the management arm of private-equity company Capital Health Group, LLC, has announced several key leadership promotions.
To support the company’s strategic focus on quality service delivery and workforce development, Lisa Gaudioso has been promoted from Chief Operating Officer to Chief Executive Officer, Anthony Stablien to President, Jennifer Lauer to Vice President of People, and Kaitlin Cavinder to Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis.

The company manages a range of senior living properties, from independent, assisted living and memory care in value-driven suburban markets to high-end luxury communities in premiere urban markets, with a common focus on operational excellence through standardization, technology integration and work force development.
In January, the company launched “2023 All Together Now” – a year-long, company-wide effort to promote greater connections to self, family, friends, and the greater community. Elegance communities will strive to collectively achieve a goal of 5,000 deeper, more meaningful connections in 2023.
For every connection made as part of the initiative, the company is donating $1 to Blessings in a Backpack, a non-profit providing hunger-free weekends to kids facing food insecurity. Operational goals of the campaign are enhancing resident/family engagement, culinary delivery, employee recognition, and giving future customers and families confidence and enthusiasm about choosing senior living.
