“Each day, I am incredibly motivated by the strength of my patients, who are navigating through one of the most intimate and challenging journeys of their lives.” – Sara Arian, MD, MSci.

Boston IVF, one of the world’s most experienced fertility treatment providers, which has assisted in over 125,000 babies born since 1986 and is known for achieving some of the highest IVF success rates in the country, is pleased to announce the addition of fertility doctor, Sara Arian MD, MSci to its national fertility network and local fertility clinic in Quincy, MA.

Boston IVF’s Quincy Fertility Center offers physician consultations, intrauterine insemination (IUI) treatments, female and male infertility testing, and more to individuals and couples who wish to build a family through assisted reproductive technologies (ART).

Dr. Arian arrives at Boston IVF after having practiced for many years in Houston, Texas, where she served as an Assistant Professor of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Baylor College of Medicine, and a faculty physician at Texas Children’s Hospital Pavilion for Women. She was named a 2022 Top Fertility Doctor by Houstonia Magazine and received the 2021 and 2022 Texas Rising Star award for fertility care by her peers and independent researchers at SuperDoctors.

She specializes in a comprehensive array of infertility treatments and family building services, including IUI, In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), LGBTQIA+ fertility, single parenting, reproductive surgery (including open and minimally invasive surgeries), uterine fibroid removal, genetic testing, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, complex endocrine and hormonal disorders, and more.

Additionally, she holds a special interest in egg and embryo freezing for both individuals who wish to preserve their fertility for future childbearing and for those who face cancer treatments that may affect their fertility and chance of having a biological child. Chemotherapy and radiation treatments can damage or affect eggs within the ovaries, the ovaries themselves, the pituitary gland, an individual’s hormone levels, and much more.

“Each day, I am incredibly motivated by the strength of my patients, who are navigating through one of the most intimate and challenging journeys of their lives,” said Sara Arian, MD, MSci. “I enjoy listening to, sharing, counseling, guiding, and developing a partnership with my patients throughout their unique journey. My goal is to advocate for each of my patients, empower them with knowledge about their reproductive potential and options, help them to regain control of their reproductive health, and instill confidence in the experience and support that myself and Boston IVF can provide.”

Dr. Arian is a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Biology at Harvard Medical School and a former Assistant Professor of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Her goal is to continue to be involved in academic education and training of future physicians, including residents and fellows.

She holds a master’s degree in Clinical Research from Baylor College of Medicine, has authored numerous medical publications, and received prestigious awards – including the 2019 President’s Presenter’s Award from the Society for Reproductive Investigation (SRI) for her innovative research on reproductive genetics.
