As Veteran’s Day approaches, Your Doc’s In is showing gratitude to former U.S. military personnel by providing free flu shots once again this year. Your Docs In continues its annual offering of free flu shots for U.S. veterans this fall at all six of its Delmarva-area clinics.
YDI veteran’s flu shot program is a part of its no appointment needed policy, further demonstrating the unmatched levels of excellence, convenience and care it gives to patients. Your Doc’s In origin story stems from a U.S. military background. The founder, Dr. Walter Gianelle, is a former U.S. Air Force para-rescue man. During Dr. Gianelle’s service, he learned ‘a lot about first aid and stabilizing critically wounded patients and getting them out of the combat zone.’ His experience as both a miliary veteran and ER physician prompted him to create Maryland’s award-winning urgent care clinic, Your Doc’s In, and he continues to show respect to his honorable fellow service men and women by providing free flu shots to Veterans this season.
