HearingLife Celebrates the Holiday Season With “Hear the Magic. Love Your Ears.” Campaign

“Our Give Back campaign at HearingLife, will offer people the opportunity to gain back a renewed sense of self and the ability to participate fully in the joys of the season.”

HearingLife, a leader in delivering life-changing hearing care, today announced the kickoff of its “Hear the Magic. Love Your Ears.” holiday campaign* accompanied by the second annual “Magic of Giving Back” give back program aimed to help those with hearing loss gain back the joyful sounds of the holiday season. From a Harris Poll survey, 72% of people with hearing loss wish their hearing was better to enjoy holiday and special gatherings.+

Our hearing is a pivotal part of feeling connected to the people and things we love most in our lives, and HearingLife understands the struggle those with hearing loss experience during celebratory moments and holiday gatherings. Through the “Magic of Giving Back” program, HearingLife will give free hearing aids to six people in need with hearing loss. Starting today, October 4, 2022 through November 12, 2022, anyone in the US can submit their story through http://www.HearingLife.com/Magic.

“I’m so proud of this effort and how the HearingLife team impacted the lives of these customers during a particularly important, though often hard, season for those with hearing loss,” says Dean Pappous, HearingLife President. “After receiving so many heartwarming stories through last year’s campaign, we knew we had to continue this important tradition. Our continued support of this campaign will help these individuals – and their families – see all that there is to gain for years to come.”

In addition to the Holiday Give Back campaign, since 2018, HearingLife has supported “Campaign For Better Hearing” – a year-round give back program where hearing care providers recommend free hearing aids for patients who cannot afford them. Through “Campaign for Better Hearing,” HearingLife provides over 80 free pairs of hearing aids each year.

“Individuals with hearing loss may experience feelings of embarrassment or frustration when they can’t hear or participate in conversations,” said Dr. Leslie Soiles, Chief Audiologist, HearingLife. “Often, this can cause them to stop socializing or participating in events or activities that they used to enjoy. Our Give Back campaign at HearingLife, will offer people the opportunity to gain back a renewed sense of self and the ability to participate fully in the joys of the season.”

For the opportunity to receive free hearing aids through the “Magic of Giving Back,” anyone in the US can submit their personal story, or a story on behalf of a loved one, explaining why they are a potential candidate for the HearingLife Magic of Giving Back program.
