InHome Therapy, the company dedicated to delivering caring physical, occupational, and speech therapy solutions in the comfort of patients’ residences, is celebrating the acquisition of Advanced Healthcare Services. The deal closed in early July and marks a major step forward in InHome Therapy’s continued growth throughout Florida.
Advanced Healthcare Services was started in West Palm Beach in 2010 by Jeremy Gabler. In the 12 years since the company’s inception, it has grown an enviable list of accounts and a strong team of quality therapists. The new acquisition means Advanced Healthcare Services’ therapists and administrative team are now operating under the InHome Therapy name.
“The primary reason for this deal is that it allows us to continue to expand throughout Florida and be the dominant in-home therapy provider. We can service more home health agencies and more patients in that area by increasing our talented community of therapists,” explained Richard Anglin, InHome Therapy’s Corporate Development Officer.
Advanced Healthcare Services also offered physical, occupational and speech therapy services to patients in their home, so “the transition has been easy,” Anglin said. “We already have a significant presence in that area and a very talented operations team there to help.”
Gabler sold the company to InHome Therapy so he can focus on his private care and outpatient therapy companies, but will continue to work alongside the business. “I absolutely love the way they are doing it, having these services all over. I would have loved to operate like that, had I had the resources.” Gabler added. “This acquisition is going to aid InHome Therapy. They’ll deepen relationships through these new partnerships and be the first call and ones to capture all of the business.”
