RCH Solutions, Inc.(RCH), a global provider of Bio-IT computing expertise for Life Sciences and Healthcare firms of all sizes, hires Craig Pizonka as Director of Operations. Based out of RCH’s headquarters in Wayne, PA, Pizonka brings extensive experience in operational strategy and leadership in professional services and will add significant depth and expertise to the executive team and organization as a whole. In his role, Pizonka will support the continued refinement and optimization of internal processes that will help propel RCH to the next stage and elevate the overall customer experience.
“Craig is a natural people and process integrator and a highly skilled and experienced strategist and leader,” says Michael Riener, President of RCH Solutions. “Leading and supporting RCH’s operational business units, including finance, recruiting and HR, we’ll leverage Craig’s experience to add structure, clarity, and consistency to our day-to-day business, and drive key strategic initiatives that sustain gold-standard outcomes for our customers and team.”
RCH’s unmatched specialization in R&D IT and commitment to delivering exceptional service has positioned the firm, which supports business and IT teams within Life Science and Healthcare companies of all sizes, to realize its best growth numbers in its more than 30-year history. In response to this increasing demand for RCH’s services, the company has already hired more than 20 professionals across critical functions of the business in 2022; Pizonka marks 21.
“Our pace of growth has been tremendously exciting, and it’s all thanks to the dedicated team of professionals we have in place today,” Riener continues. “But as we look to the future, it’s clear we need an additional layer of operational support to reinforce our strong foundation as we execute priorities that will add new value for our customers. In Craig, we’ve found someone we believe will do just that.”
Pizonka joins RCH from Benefit Allocation Systems (BAS) where he served for more than eight years, most recently as their Director of Operations. Before that, he was a Project Manager for National Financial Partners (NFP) for more than three years. Among the many noteworthy accomplishments Pizonka led and delivered during his time at BAS, he was responsible for the strategy and execution of all COVID-19 operational protocols and business continuity initiatives; led company-wide process development and management for all large-scale projects and internal and external audits; developed and implemented new lines of business to support compliance and objectives; spearheaded company-wide contingency planning and software implementation; and created, developed and executed new workflows and technologies that resulted in 85% efficiency gain overall.
“I’ve found success in my career through a collaborative and customer focused approach, and a deep belief in the importance of working cross-functionally to implement frameworks that deliver results,” says Pizonka. “I’m blown away by the expertise and insight I’ve seen from the RCH team so far, and I look forward to integrating my experience and perspective to add value to their work and our customers at large.”
