In his new role, Mr. Garrett will be responsible for driving company growth, scaling operations to meet the increasing global demand for the AAJT-S device and increasing sales in the global EMS, first responder, tactical law enforcement and military markets.

Prior to joining Compression Works, Scott Garrett was the Vice President of Sales for the Military/Tactical/Distribution and Urology Division within the Anesthesiology and Emergency Medicine business unit at Teleflex, a multi-billion-dollar global medical device company. Scott also served as the Global Vice President for Military/Tactical Programs at Z-Medica which was acquired by Teleflex. Mr. Garrett has over 16 years of increasing levels of responsibility in the trauma, military, pre-hospital, tactical, law enforcement, international military business management and market development segments for medical devices.
Scott also served for 8 years in the U.S. Army as a Combat Arms Officer and achieved the rank of Captain with multiple deployments, including Iraq and Bosnia. He graduated from Texas A&M University as a Distinguished Military Graduate, with a Bachelor of Science degree in political science and an MBA from University of Texas-Arlington.
