New Book calls into question what most people believe about health, fitness and diet.


Your Best Health, Beyond the Ordinary is the new release from health science investigator and writer Paul David DeGange. In this controversial book DeGange challenges much of what is accepted in popular health, nutrition, and fitness. The book is an indictment of what DeGange calls the “health and fitness industry”. He points out the failure of today’s health care system to reduce chronic diseases, obesity, and emotional instability and calls on his readers to question what they have been told.

Paul David DeGange is a Registered Nurse who has over thirty-five years of experience in health care. His critical analyses of health, diet and fitness trends lead him to publish his first book, Your Best Health Today, in 2011. In this new updated and revised book, DeGange uses health science information and personal development/self-improvement psychology to help people gain greater physical and emotional health.
