Lincoln Healthcare Goes All In on Home Care M&A with Launch of HI2 Conference

Lincoln Healthcare Leadership, a producer of leading B2B healthcare conferences including Home Care 100, announced Thursday the launch of HI2 (“H.I. Squared”) to focus exclusively on deal making within the greater home care universe. Operating under the banner “Home Care Innovation + Investment”, the HI2 conference will assemble 500 senior executives, primarily home health, personal care and hospice providers who want to buy, sell or procure capital.

The two-day program (June 21 and 22 in Chicago) will consist of highly curated sessions on the highest-growth sectors within home care, and a networking setting for meetings among providers, private equity, and deal-related services companies.

“We are building on the strength of Home Care 100, the nation’s leading home care strategy conference, by replicating a similar model in home care M&A,” said Tim Craig, Managing Director of HI2 and Chief Content Director of Lincoln Healthcare Leadership. “Deal activity in home care is white hot, and this will give the provider and investment communities a place to contemplate, initiate and consummate deals in the company of hundreds of other home care buyers and sellers.”

Registration for Home Care Innovation + Investment is open to home care providers, equity and debt capital, and deal-related services firms. Sponsorship opportunities are available for home care and hospice product and services companies.
