Sifu Matthew, also known as Matthew Barry Klein, and his company The Health Spectrum LLC, will be on trial for alleged breach of contract and alleged unjust enrichment in Miami Dade County on January 18, 2022, according to Dian Oved. Judge Barbara Areces will be presiding over the case.
The lawsuit was filed by Dian Oved, a former client, who allegedly loaned a significant amount of money to Mr. Klein. The purported loan was to be repaid in business and/or health sessions and they were not provided per court documents available on Miami-Dade County Clerk records. Additionally, the purported loan Ms. Oved provided to Mr. Klein was allegedly misrepresented to Chase Bank as a future receivable for Bioscience International, which he co-operates with Mary Elkins (also known as Mary Kennedy, Mary Grace, Mary Somers, Marigold Monroe Somerset, Monroe Somerset, Marigold Monroe, and Marigold Somerset), in his request for what Ms. Oved believes is an extended line of credit on the business.
The case number is 2020-003611-CA-01 and will take place at Miami Dade County Courthouse at 73 W. Flagler St #414, Miami, FL 33130, on January 18th at 9:30am.
