Will Taylor’s combined background in mental health counseling, provider management, and EAP administration gives him an empathetic edge in interpreting and meeting the needs of our partners.

William Taylor, LPCC, NCC, steps into a new role developing partnerships and leading program implementation as a dedicated point of contact for enterprise clients at Supportiv (https://supportiv.com), the on-demand peer-to-peer support network serving 2.5 million covered lives and over 700,000 individuals to date.

To the role of Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, Will brings ten years of clinical, managerial, and executive experience, accrued within both non-profit and for-profit community mental health and behavioral healthcare organizations. His background includes clinical experience as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and National Certified Counselor, supporting clients through program implementation at Claremont EAP, and most recently serving as VP of Operations at Uprise Health (formerly Integrated Behavioral Health), an EAP serving over 7 million covered lives.

Will shares his enthusiasm for creating collaborative partnerships and making mental healthcare accessible: “Immediate access to services is something I am extremely passionate about. It’s clear to me that accessible mental health services are critical outside of a clinical setting. Supportiv’s approach to digital peer-to-peer support connects individuals to the right people and the right resources in their exact moment of need, generating positive outcomes.

More broadly, I enjoy removing barriers to help folks get their needs met–whether that’s in regard to enterprise partners or underserved individuals.”

Supportiv CEO Helena Plater-Zyberk comments on what makes Will such a stand-out addition to the team: “Will Taylor’s combined background in mental health counseling, provider management, and EAP administration gives him an empathetic edge in interpreting and meeting the needs of our partners. He has been on the other side of program implementation, and his eye for compliance and skill for getting community buy-in will make him an invaluable partner in our strategic implementations.”

Co-Founder Pouria Mojabi adds, “Will’s flexible leadership style and experience-grounded insights will help Supportiv continue to grow and democratize access to human connection and mental health support.”

Supportiv’s peer-to-peer chat service and resource collection connect individuals to the attention and support they need, on-demand.
