HealthTechS3 announces a new release to its cloud-based financial performance technology solution that allows financial and nursing officers, human resources, and other department leaders to have more robust data and reporting available and delivered in a manner that is easily usable for their environment.
HealthTechS3 is a hospital management and consulting company that has driven performance within rural and critical access hospitals for 50 years. Through collaborative relationships with clinical and operational area leaders in our hospitals, we released the Optimum Productivity Toolkit initially in 2016. Due to its utilization and the increasing pressure to improve patient care while managing labor costs and equipment, additional product updates have been incorporated.
The Optimum Productivity Toolkit, which is a part of the Optimum Financial Performance Package is a simple, easy-to-use cloud-based productivity management tool focused on improving consistent management of labor across all departments of the hospital. The toolkit along with the rest of the package was designed with the community hospital in mind.
“The productivity toolkit is a crucial program for creating sustainable, efficient workflows. Senior executives and line managers alike find the package comprehensive and easy to understand, with the productivity benchmarks and trending data analytics helpful in better aligning staffing with volume,” states Neil Todhunter, president of HealthTechS3. “As a former hospital CEO and now the partner to many CEOs, I find this solution helpful and intuitive.”
