Swet Studio® of Boston, has expanded its list of unique offerings

Swet Studio® of Boston, http://www.swetstudio.com, located at 480 Tremont Street, Boston, has expanded its list of unique group aerial fitness, aerial, and guided meditation classes. It is proud to debut, for the first time in Boston, Aerial Power Flow! Says Swet Studio’s manager, Silviya Mihaylova:

“We are so excited to launch AerialPower! The Beauty of Aerial Power is that it has all the benefits of Yoga Power Flow, but literally elevates it to the next level by transferring the movements to multiple planes.”

This exciting, new group workout class is the perfect marriage of power flow yoga training with an aerial silk hammock, for a unique workout experience. Although Aerial Beginners class is a prerequisite (also offered at Swet Studio), Aerial Power is easily accessible.

In addition to cutting edge group fitness classes, such as Guided Meditation, https://swetstudio.com/meditation-classes Swet Studio® offers Boston’s only Aerial Fitness and Yoga classes, offered by certified instructors versed in the principles, technique, and philosophy of the exciting aerial program.

“It is phenomenally energetic,” says Mihaylova. “The first time I experienced being suspended in the Silk Hammock, not only did my body feel like it was realigned and in balance, but it was a full-body workout.”

In harmony with its aerial yoga regimen, Swet Studio® also offers a floating, guided mediation class, where you can relax and experience the calm of guided meditation, while suspended in a floating silk hammock. Whether your boss is ticking you off, your kids are driving you crazy, or you are just on edge, this 50 minute class allows for escape from the pressures of daily life.

The combination of aerial power flow yoga is the latest evolution. Power Flow training is a non-impact aerial fitness class designed to produce lean, sculpted bodies. Aerial Power is more dynamic than meditative forms of aerial yoga, and provides a good cardio and strength-training workout, while also developing balance and agility. AerialPower challenges the body and mind beyond the vertical plane and up into the air.
