It was not an uncommon beginning. When the Covid-19 pandemic hit, most of the medical world came to a screeching halt as elective and non-essential procedures were curtailed in lieu of treating millions of virus patients. As the world slowly recovers, a report recently released by Grand View Research indicates that the endoscopy market is expected to grow at a compound rate of 8.0% from now until 2028, when the global market will reach $19.4 billion (USD).
