Centrally located on St. Pete’s peninsula, Everest’s free standing physical rehabilitation hospital will be constructed on 6.18 acres of land conveniently located at Gateway Centre Pkwy and Grand Ave (Hwy 19 and Gandy) in Pinellas Park, FL (St. Petersburg). Everest Rehabilitation Hospital operates and develops identical, modern, 40,000 square foot, 36-bed, single story comprehensive physical rehabilitation hospitals. Staying at an Everest location feels much more like staying in a luxury hotel instead of staying in a hospital. Everest Rehabilitation Hospitals are predesigned with the option to add 17 additional private rooms should the community dictate the need for expansion.
Everest Rehabilitation Hospitals include spacious, technologically advanced equipped inpatient and outpatient physical therapy gyms, a large outdoor mobility courtyard for therapeutic use, aqua therapy, a fully furnished life skills training apartment with kitchen and bathroom, several family gathering areas, an extra-large dining hall with an outdoor patio, in-house dialysis, and an in-house pharmacy.
