Master Franchisee Group to Open 10 Additional OrthoLazer Centers

An OrthoLazer franchisee group will be opening 10 additional OrthoLazer Laser Centers, announced Mark Mollenkopf, CEO of OrthoLazer Orthopedic Laser Centers headquartered in Rochester, NY.

The investor group, comprised of six physicians and two business executives, will be opening four new OrthoLazer Centers in Wisconsin and six in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Mollenkopf said the group is making the move due to the success they have experienced with the first OrthoLazer Laser Center they opened in 2020 in Milwaukee, WI.

“Even though they opened their OrthoLazer Center during the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, their success was so great and patient response was so tremendous that it convinced them to expand,” Mollenkopf said.

OrthoLazer Centers provide treatment of pain and inflammation using their exclusive laser technology, the MLS M8 Robotic Laser, which is the most advanced available today. OrthoLazer also provides a “business-in-a-box” franchise model to select orthopedic surgeons who are interested in offering drug-free pain management and generating additional income, according to Mollenkopf.

Dr. William Pennington, board-certified orthopedic surgeon and part of the franchisee investor group, says that the OrthoLazer franchise model played an important role in their decision to create 10 additional OrthoLazer Centers.

“With OrthoLazer’s build-out plan, software systems, branding elements, and the training they gave our employees, our first Center was really simple to set up,” Dr. Pennington said. “We were able to get the Center up and running within four months – and that was during a time of COVID shutdown!”

Dr. Pennington also stated that he is a true believer in OrthoLazer’s laser therapy protocol and is excited to expand into new markets.

“I tell my patients ‘Feeling is believing’ – it works,” he said. “Our group is looking forward to expanding the OrthoLazer concept and making it available to more patients.”
