Integron Launches IoT Managed Services for Mobile Asset Management

Integron announced today the launch of a new comprehensive managed services solution for mobile asset management. The Integron solution introduces a new level of condition management, allowing companies in the medical instrumentation, pharmaceutical, and food and beverage industries to maintain real-time condition visibility of critical and high value goods.

Integron will leverage its expertise in IoT managed services to assist connected health and life sciences companies in the turnkey deployment of scalable asset management tools. The solution brings together hardware sourcing, wireless connectivity, UI support, project management, kitting, warehousing, and logistics to enable companies to seamlessly deploy monitoring solutions for high value assets.

“Our customers have been looking for a comprehensive condition monitoring solution for a long time, and we’re excited to finally be able to deliver it,” commented Bryan Lubel, president of Integron. “Passive monitoring has not been sufficient for the highly regulated nature of the connected health market, and up to this point, active monitoring has been too fragmented, complicated and costly. We are excited to change that.”

Enterprise IoT deployments, including those for mobile asset management, require a level of expertise in wireless connectivity, device management and regulatory compliance that can overwhelm businesses of any size. According to Gartner, enterprises adopting managed IoT services will achieve a 50% faster time to solution at a 30% cost savings compared to those using in-house resources.

Real-time condition monitoring, inclusive of temperature and humidity monitoring, is expected to grow within the United States by as much as 11% CAGR over the next five years. The increased development in temperature-sensitive biopharmaceuticals, along with heightened awareness of food and drug safety has caused a sharper demand in reliable asset management tools.

Integron will be demonstrating capabilities in mobile asset management during Mobile World Congress – Americas, October 22-24 in Los Angeles in booth #2708.
