John Brooks Recovery Center (JBRC) has announced that its new Detox Center, part of JBRC’s new Residential Treatment Facility in Mays Landing, is now open. The facility features 23 detox beds and is now accepting new patients and referrals.
The Detox Center is part of JBRC’s new $15M Mays Landing residential treatment facility located at 1455 Pinewood Boulevard in Mays Landing. The treatment facility offers a recovery-oriented model that integrates physical health, behavioral health and recovery support services. This new facility also highlights 46 short-term beds and 46 long-term beds, and expands JBRC’s continuum of care, allowing the organization to help even more people overcome substance use disorders.
The recovery-oriented model is clinically driven with a length of stay from 3-6 months for long-term residential. Programs consist of individual, group and family counseling, psychoeducation classes, medication assisted treatment, recreation, psychiatric services, medical services and education services.
