Transformations Treatment Center of Delray Beach, FL, has opened Transformations at Mending Fences, a residential and PHP facility in Morriston, FL. Transformations at Mending Fences specializes in treating primary mental health disorders as well as underlying substance abuse issues. This facility is Joint Commission Certified (JCAHO), and licensed by the Department of Children and Families (DCF), and the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). Transformations at Mending Fences is situated on a serene, 400 acre retreat which provides an opportunity for healing, reflection and support far away from the stresses and chaos of everyday life.

Transformations at Mending Fences offers fulltime medical and psychiatric care with a focus on primary mental health disorders. Clients 18 years of age and older come to the program to address issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, process addiction, trauma, grief and loss, other behavioral health concerns, as well as substance use or abuse. Our staff includes licensed mental health counselors, certified addiction professionals, and Masters-level therapists who, along with the other incredibly nurturing staff, care deeply about the success of those we treat.

Transformations at Mending Fences recognizes that therapy must be customized to meet individual needs and offers a variety of traditional and experiential therapy options including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), equine therapy, and adventure therapy, just to name a few. Transformations at Mending Fences also offer faith-based counseling, nutritional counseling, and counseling specific to veterans and first responders managing the trauma of their challenging careers.
