Hell’s Kitchen Sweat Crawl Takes Over Five Fitness Studios; Offers Opportunity To Test Drive Five Group Exercise Classes Available On New York’s West Side

Five New York fitness studios have teamed up to create the first ever Hell’s Kitchen Sweat Crawl, a fitness event where participants will have the opportunity to tour and sample a variety of the top group exercise classes offered on the West Side of Manhattan. Held on Saturday, October 19th from 1pm – 4pm and produced by Club Pilates on W. 57th St., the Hell’s Kitchen Sweat Crawl will feature 25-minute workout classes at Club Pilates, Central Rock Gym, EVF Performance, ILoveKickboxing and Row House studios, followed by a happy hour ‘cool down’ to be held at Ousia, including a complimentary brew and happy hour specials offered by Founders Brewing Co.

Tickets for the Hell’s Kitchen Sweat Crawl are on sale now, with a portion of all proceeds benefiting the Movemeant Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to making fitness accessible, fun and empowering for women. Participants will also enjoy healthy refreshments, snacks and products from sponsors including, Chlorophyll Water, Bada Bean Snacks, Clio Snacks, DripDrop, Founders Brewing Co., La Colombe Coffee Roasters, and Sabon NYC, in addition to exclusive day-of discount offers from participating studios.

“The Hell’s Kitchen Sweat Crawl combines class types of all levels to offer participants an opportunity to test drive a variety of fitness classes offered on the West Side, all while supporting a good cause,” said Jason Cavallo, franchise owner of Club Pilates W. 57th St. “Many people know about our studios, but may be hesitant to break out of their normal fitness routines. I wanted to create a social experience to encourage and empower more people to explore a variety of fitness methods, while experiencing more of what New York’s West Side has to offer and having a bit of fun along the way.”

Registered Hell’s Kitchen Sweat Crawl participants will meet at Club Pilates located at 601 West 57th St. to complete the registration process, before hitting each of the following studio classes:

  • Club Pilates (601 W 57th St.): A variety of more than 7 types of Reformer-based group Pilates classes, which will strengthen and lengthen the entire body. Flow from the Reformer, to the EXO Chair, to the springboard with TRX and more – experience the benefits of classical Pilates with a contemporary twist.
  • Central Rock Gym (21 West End Ave.): Join us for a session of Bouldering, a style of climbing with big dynamic movements providing a full-body workout with no need for prior experience.
  • EVF Performance (555 W 59th St.): A modern strength and conditioning facility that offers two main programs: signature EVF 360 HIIT class and EVF CrossFit. Both programs are guided from distinguished coaches, and offer a high intensity, full-body workout created to get you fitter and stronger for sport and everyday life.
  • ILoveKickboxing(847 11th Ave.): This high-intensity and strength conditioning workout will build lean muscle, burn more fat, and shape your body to meet your goals. The workout is designed for maximum results, the harder you punch, the more calories you burn.
  • Row House (559 W 59th St): A low-impact, high energy workout designed to build muscle, torch calories, and strengthen your core in an efficient amount of time and a fun way. Row House delivers the perfect balance of aerobic endurance and muscular strength to build you up, not tear you down.

“The Hell’s Kitchen Sweat Crawl unites five very different fitness studios in a collaborative effort to celebrate, as well as give consumers an opportunity to experience, the diversity of the fitness industry in a fun, social and charitable way,” concluded Cavallo.
