The Right Step DFW, a well-established addiction treatment center with over 15 years in the addiction treatment field, welcomes its new market CEO, Deana Wilson. Deana brings 15 years of behavioral health experience to The Right Step and the Promises Behavioral Health team. In her new role, Deana will aid with The Right Step DFW’s growth efforts, including facility renovations, assisting with the implementation of the boy’s adolescent program and operational initiatives for future satellite locations.

Deana began her career in 2005 in private practice, working her way through a variety of roles with a focus on marketing, admissions and program operations. As she enters her new role of Market CEO, Deana’s overall goal is to help the Dallas/Fort Worth community by easing access and opening up opportunities for quality treatment for disadvantaged individuals. For The Right Step DFW staff, Deana will provide support by clearing operational obstacles and giving them additional tools for success along with advocating for them on a local and corporate level. For clients, she wants to create a safe, comfortable space for healing, uphold standards of care that allow for meeting clients where they are and provide a focus on case management for the underprivileged population that ensures that all basic necessities are met after treatment ends. As her role grows, so will The Right Step DFW’s reach as its focus moves outward in creating satellite locations that will provide outpatient services like partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programming.
