Our dispensaries are a cut above the rest. They set the standard for quality products, service and overall patient experience. We’re excited to offer our premium MÜV medical cannabis brand to West Palm Beach area patients

AltMed Florida, one of the biggest privately-owned cannabis companies in America, continues its expansion with a three-day opening, starting Monday Aug.17, 2020 at 10am for its newest MÜV™ Medical Cannabis Dispensary at 313 Datura St. Ste. 101, West Palm Beach.

Located in the downtown hub of West Palm Beach, this new MÜV dispensary is within walking distance of the city’s beautiful waterfront and the Meyer Amphitheater. It is surrounded by shops, residences and restaurants making it easily accessible by foot or by car.

The dispensary is bringing new life to Halsey Place, a building that was built in 1924 and has served as a stationary store, an office supply store, a hotel and a carriage house. This is MÜV’s second dispensary in Palm Beach county. The first is 13 miles west in Wellington.

“We’ve enjoyed phenomenal success at our Wellington dispensary since opening in February 2019,” said Todd Beckwith, AltMed Director of Corporate Affairs. “Many customers who were visiting us in Wellington kept asking when we would open a dispensary in West Palm Beach. We’re excited to be able to say, the time is now.”

The West Palm Beach MÜV Dispensary will serve patients on the busy Intersate-95 corridor from Palm Beach, Lake Worth, Boynton Beach, Jupiter and beyond.

“Our dispensaries are a cut above the rest,” said John Tipton, AltMed Florida CEO. “They set the standard for quality products, service and overall patient experience. We’re excited to offer our premium MÜV medical cannabis brand to West Palm Beach area patients.”

During the opening, staggered over three-days (Aug.17-Aug.19) for crowd mitigation, all licensed Florida medical cannabis patients will receive a one-time use only, one per patient, 25 percent off their entire first purchase. Patients are also encouraged to order at muvfl.com for express pickup or delivery to help reduce heavy traffic.

Deemed an essential service during the pandemic, AltMed Florida has been able to expand its workforce to over 500 employees with additional teams coming onboard at each of its 13 new dispensaries this year. With higher demand for products from 24 total dispensaries, AltMed has also generated additional construction employment and staffing with the expansion of its 220,000-square-foot cultivation facility in Apollo Beach.

The newest state-of-the-art MÜV dispensary will offer an extensive selection of award-winning products including flower, pre-rolls, a wide range of vaporizer pens, metered dose inhalers, topicals, oral sprays, patent-pending encapsulation formulations in its Tinctures, 72-Hour Transdermal patches and transdermal gels. MÜV is also has one of the widest selections of concentrates for patients’ needing macro-dosing options.

Like AltMed Florida’s 23 other locations (Apollo Beach, Bradenton, Bonita Springs, Clearwater, Deerfield Beach, Fort Myers, Gainesville, Jacksonville/San Marco, Jacksonville Beach, Lady Lake, Lakeland, Longwood/Orlando, Lutz, North Port, downtown Orlando, Ormond Beach, Pensacola, Sebastian, Sarasota, St. Petersburg, Tallahassee, Tampa, Wellington) the new West Palm Beach MÜV Dispensary stands out because it’s designed as a premium experience – think Apple Store, with a modern open-concept design and expert staff with extensive training.

The MÜV brand already has a wide following in other legal medical cannabis markets, including Arizona, where it has won five Best of Arizona medical cannabis awards. MÜV products are sold exclusively in Florida at MÜV dispensaries because, unlike other states, Florida does not allow wholesale of product between license holders – only products that license holders make themselves can be sold in their dispensaries.
