In her roles as Medical Staff President and Vice President of Care Transformation, Dr. Moore successfully built relationships with nursing and medical staff and as CCO she oversaw innovation efforts that focused on payment reform and redesign of healthcare delivery in Western Washington State. Most recently, Dr. Moore led Summit through its pandemic response.

Her doctoral work was dedicated to the implementation of accountable care organizations in rural areas.

Dr. Moore is excited to launch the next step in her career by serving as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of CIMC. The position comes at a pivotal time in the history of CIMC, which is immersed in a multi-faceted, time-sensitive fundraising drive aimed at constructing a new state-of-the-art healthcare facility to serve residents and visitors on Santa Catalina Island. The 2030 California earthquake safety requirements mandate that CIMC must build a new hospital to continue to ensure quality healthcare access on Catalina Island and meet the rapidly developing needs of its residents and patients.
