Tom Frinzi joins the iOR Partners Board of Directors

The ‘setting of care’ is an important part of the overall patient experience and for those practices that make the transition to office-based surgery, I believe they will find it makes not only good medicine but good business.

iOR Partners, the pioneer in office-based surgery (OBS) in ophthalmology announced that industry veteran, Tom Frinzi, has joined their Board of Directors.

“We are thrilled that Tom Frinzi is joining our Board. He brings 40 years of industry expertise and a sterling reputation as a transformative leader,” stated Daniel Durrie, MD., Chairman of the Board of iOR Partners. “Tom’s experience will help us accelerate the next major shift in cataract surgery, the transition to office-based surgery. The integration of clinic and surgery in one location is the way forward to increase surgeons’ flexibility and improve the patient experience while providing the highest level safety. Tom shares our mission of evolving the way ophthalmologic procedures are performed in the U.S. and around the world.”

Frinzi is known for galvanizing organizations with clear goals, building strong operating cultures and high-performance management teams committed to customer, employee and shareholder successes.
