Rashmi Kumar, Chief Information Officer for Hewlett Packard Enterprise, has been appointed to the CTO Forum Advisory Board.


The CTO Forum today announced that Rashmi Kumar, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company (HPE), has been appointed to the CTO Forum Advisory Board. The CTO Forum brings together senior technology executives, business leaders and academicians to discuss and collaborate on key technology issues and to accelerate innovation across organizations.

Kumar joined HPE in 2018 and presently leads the transformation of the global IT organization. Since her appointment as CIO, she has strengthened the bench of her leadership team, re-engineered the organization to align with an operating model that will deliver optimum performance, and begun implementing a winning strategy to ensure best-in-class support and improved partnership with the business. With more than 25 years of technology leadership, Kumar’s experience includes focal areas of Digital Transformation, AI/ML, Data & Analytics, strategic planning, Cyber Security & Compliance, Enterprise Architecture, and large scale business process transformations. Prior to joining HPE, Rashmi served as CIO and CTO for a number of Fortune 50 companies including McKesson, Southern California Edison, Toyota, and Tata Steel.
