Sally Drake Endurance Coaching Launches “Coming out of Quarantine Stronger” Program

“Whether you gained weight during quarantine or reassessed your lifestyle as a part of the universal slowing down, I can help; this program is for individuals at all fitness levels.”

Endurance sport and triathlon coach, Sally Drake of Sally Drake Endurance Coaching, announces the launch of her new strength and fitness program, “Coming out of Quarantine Stronger.” Combining distanced one-on-one coaching, group training, and personalized workout plans, “Coming out of Quarantine Stronger” offers its clients a unique and affordable way to prioritize fitness—no matter your current level. The program starts August 1, 2020 and runs until the end of the year. Enrollment is ongoing.

“I’m known in the community for training elite athletes, but I want to make health and fitness accessible to everyone, especially as we navigate living with this virus. I know many who have lost motivation and income because of the pandemic. This program is affordable, accessible, and offers a sense of community,” said Drake. “Whether you gained weight during quarantine or reassessed your lifestyle as a part of the universal slowing down, I can help; this program is for individuals at all fitness levels.”

The new program includes the following:

A training account that allows trainees to communicate with Sally and one of her expert assistant coaches regularly in-between workouts to ask questions and get feedback on fitness and nutrition

Weekly personalized workout plans

One, 30-minute in-person or virtual coaching session with Sally and her coaching team

An opportunity to participate in group training sessions each week both virtually and in-person with specialized instructors. Most in-person training will take place outdoors. Masks will be worn indoors, and all attendees will practice safe social distancing.

The program is $150 a month and additional training sessions focused on endurance, biking, strength, running, or swimming can be purchased a la carte.

Drake encourages participants in this program and members of the community to participate in two upcoming triathlons this Fall in St. Louis, MO and Clinton County, IL. All levels of experience are welcome to compete. The St. Louis Triathlon will take place on Sunday, September 6th. Athletes will swim in Creve Coeur Lake for the open water portion of the race and bike on Highway 141. Flat courses will offer athletes of different experience levels the opportunity to compete where they feel most comfortable. In accordance with state health guidelines, participants will comply with all CDC social distancing requirements. The CAPEX Triathlon will be held on Sunday, September 20th in Clinton County, IL. This race offers participants the tranquility of quiet, country roads and picturesque landscapes along Lake Carlyle. This race attracts athletes throughout the Midwest looking to challenge themselves and connect with other athletes from neighboring communities.

As an event organizer of both races this year, Drake is committed to revitalizing the overall health and well-being of the community.

“Physical activity is necessary for a calm mind; it’s important to take time to care for yourself and take part in activities that can lift the mind, body, and spirit,” she said. “My ‘Coming out of Quarantine Stronger’ program coupled with these two triathlons is a great way to literally move forward.”
