Grit and Grace Yoga is pleased to announce the launch of its website and virtual fitness platform, by Alex Kotis Rimmele, a seasoned yogi, marathoner, dancer and fitness instructor.

Grit and Grace Yoga offers unique sequencing choregraphed exclusively by Alex Kotis Rimmele. The platform offers classes from Yoga Sculpt to Power Fusion Yoga, as well as interval training which includes both High Intensity Interval Training (HITT) and Tabata. Each class is specifically designed to incorporate the entire mind and body while focusing on defining individual muscle groups. Mrs. Rimmele’s unconventional background of dance, yoga and all-around fitness creates a unique workout experience. She brings her passion and high energy to each class while motivating and working out alongside of you.

The Grit and Grace Yoga platform creates a different type of virtual connection. While incorporating yoga, dance, sculpt, and high intensity workouts, Mrs. Rimmele establishes a trust and rapport with her clients by being a product of her own work. While doing the entire sequence with her clients, she guides them through each exercise with specific alignment tips and breathing cues.

About Alex Kotis Rimmele:

Alex Kotis Rimmele, MPH, BS, E-RYT 200, is a registered Yoga Teacher with The Yoga Alliance. She earned a Master of Public Health degree at Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Science degree at Loyola University. Along with pioneering the Grit and Grace Yoga, Alex teaches at CorePower Yoga, Yoga By Degrees, The Recreation Center of Western Springs and Elite Fitness and Gym.
