Body’s By Dubs Helps Clients Stay Home, Stay Safe and Stay Fit with Expert Virtual Fitness, Training and Nutrition Programs

The organization has taken its expertise online to help clients stay fit during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Body’s By Dubs has introduced virtual fitness, training and nutrition programs.

“With the pandemic, life has changed considerably but health should not be put on the back burner. Our online program encourages people to stay safe and stay fit. We’ve been really encouraged by the feedback from people who appreciate the flexibility and the privacy the program allows.”

Take one look at Dubs and its hard not to aspire to his level of fitness. He is, quite frankly, what the proverbial picture of health probably looks like. Yet, this muscle-bound personal trainer who believes in a holistic approach to wellness, was once the scrawny kid who was on the outside looking in, so to speak. Not anymore. For nearly 10 years, his business, Body’s By Dubs, has helped individuals change their own body compositions and be their best selves. Now he’s taken his expertise online to help clients stay home, stay safe and stay fit during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Body’s By Dubs offers online personal training and a meals and nutrition program for a national audience; and in “normal” times, in-home training and a popular bootcamp for Dallas area residents. Clients come to Dubs for help with weight loss, strength and muscle-building training, injury rehab, general workouts for improved fitness, and group fitness. Dubs is, in fact, certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, is a weight loss specialist, and even CPR-certified by the American Heart Association – with a 12-year record of success in helping clients attain their goals.

“I was a skinny kid who didn’t eat as well as I should have and didn’t have a lot of strength despite being active in sports. In college, I was around a lot of athletic guys who dedicated time to training and paid attention to what they ate. I decided to emulate them and take better care of myself. I’ve never looked back,” explained Dubs. “Now I use that hindsight and my expertise to relate to my clients and build programs individualized to what they envision for themselves – and work side by side with them to make that happen.”

These days, that training looks a little different as it is mainly via its online program, yet what has not changed is the personalized approach. After a one-on-one consultation via Skype, Dubs and his team develop a meal and workout plan just for them. And as the program has caught on, they have discovered that many new clients prefer the privacy and flexibility that comes with it.

“With the pandemic, life has changed considerably but health should not be put on the back burner. Our online program encourages people to stay safe and stay fit,” he said. “We have been really encouraged by the feedback from people who appreciate the flexibility and the privacy the program allows.”

Body’s by Dubs offers a variety of meal and workout plans and virtual personal training services at affordable prices. For more information, go to bodysbydubs.com.
