Introducing UCA2020 On-Demand

On-demand medicine calls for an on-demand education. With that in mind, the UCA2020 Convention has evolved into a virtual comprehensive education platform for those who make their living in on-demand medicine. Facilitated by industry experts, this ongoing digital event will offer a combination of free and paid content to keep users engaged and learning all year round, available on-demand and accessible on any device from home or on-the-go. Participants also will be able to connect with others in the industry though the social feed in the UCA2020 app, with Q&A in every session and during select live webinars.

“This virtual convention is poised to push the industry forward, as participants network, share best practices and access convenient and timely content throughout the year – when they want it,” said Ginter.

All industry members are invited to participate in free activities each month, including networking and industry perspective sessions, vendor showcases and more. In addition, available sessions offering 40 hours of CME for practice managers and clinicians will be available, along with sessions from the practice management track offering Certified Urgent Care Management Professional (CUCMP) credits.

Live webinars for both clinical and practice management professionals will be hosted by a myriad of industry thought leaders on topics that include implementing technologies for today’s digitally-savvy consumer, treatment for minors and incident reporting, disaster preparedness, among others. Monthly events will encourage active discussions on how to innovate on-demand healthcare for the future, including a series of poster sessions hosted by the top minds in on-demand care. There will also be a discussion regarding how COVID-19 is reframing healthcare presented by Zeev Neuwirth, MD, Chief of Clinical Transformation & Strategic Services at Atrium Health.
