The New England Center for Children® (NECC®), a global leader in education and research for children with autism, announced today the election of Marco Farsheed to the Board of Directors. Mr. Farsheed is an accomplished entrepreneur and private investor.

Mr. Farsheed is Managing Director of Sina Partners, a family investment and incubation company. He has held executive positions in a number of private and public companies including enEvolv, Cofounder and CEO; Streambase Systems, VP of Strategic Business Development (acquired by TIBCO); Permessa, CEO (acquired by Group Business Software); C-bridge Internet Solutions, EVP of Sales and Marketing (IPO); Platinum Technologies, VP of Business Development and Global Accounts (acquired by CA). Mr. Farsheed has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
