Dedicated Computing & MSOE Take Bold Step Forward with New Data Analytics Lab

MSOE’s New Computational Science Hall

“This new lab provides an environment for students to develop the skills needed to fully leverage AI, data analytics, and advanced technologies,” says Jeff Krueger, Director of Systems Engineering at Dedicated Computing.

Dedicated Computing (DC) recently unveiled the Dedicated Computing Data Analytics Laboratory as part of their on-going partnership with the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE). The unveiling was in conjunction with MSOE’s grand opening ceremonies for the new Dwight and Dian Diercks Computational Science Hall. The Dedicated Computing Data Analytics Laboratory is a data-rich, reconfigurable laboratory which can evolve with the university’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) curriculum.

“This new lab provides an environment for students to develop the skills needed to fully leverage AI, data analytics, and advanced technologies,” says Jeff Krueger, Director of Systems Engineering at Dedicated Computing. “We are proud of our on-going partnership with MSOE and are strong supporters of their vision for AI-centric education in the future.”

The Diercks Hall grand opening featured a ribbon cutting, panel discussions, and visitor programming hosted by corporate sponsors, including two sessions from DC’s engineering team. DC highlighted technologies used to accelerate the approach for incorporating AI and data analytics into products used in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Industrial Automation, and Training and Simulation markets.
