Among them, the top priorities are taking precautions around visitors, disinfecting the property frequently and closing the building’s amenities while also briefing residents on the full extent of protocol being implemented.
The precautionary measures being taken to protect tenants at One Park are as follows:
Effective today, all amenity spaces in the property would be closed until further notice.
All visitors to the building must register with the front desk and will be provided hand sanitizer.
Daily disinfecting will take place for all common areas, surfaces, elevators, fountains and walls.
The sales office for the property is closed until further notice. All showings will be by private appointment only from 10 am – 4 pm Daily.
