Chef Works chose thebigword to Machine Translate their documentation

The service was fast and efficient. I was impressed by the prompt responses and high level of flexibility in order to meet our demanding deadlines.

Chef Works, the global leader in the manufacturing of culinary apparel to the hospitality industry, is the latest client to embrace Machine Translation. During their recent acquisition of Bragard, the company needed 24 documents consisting of 72,000 words translating in a short time – Enterprise Human Workflow would have taken longer than the required deadline.

After establishing that the enterprise solution would not meet the deadlines required and with delivery time being priority, thebigword worked closely with stakeholders and completed translation rapidly.

Paul Gross, Managing Director at Chef Works said: “The service was fast and efficient. I was impressed by the prompt responses and high level of flexibility in order to meet our demanding deadlines.”

“Based on the performance of Machine Translation so far, I would definitely commission thebigword as soon as we receive any further requests for translations.”

Mark Daley, Chief Operating Officer at thebigword added: “At thebigword we strategically invest in technologies that put thebigword at the forefront of the language services industry.”

“Our Machine Translation pioneers artificial intelligence and is a cost-efficient solution which provides high quality translation quickly. In the case of Chef Works, I am glad to see that this was proven, and our team managed to successfully complete the task before their required deadline.”
