Patty Mendez Joins Orchid Medical as Vice President of National Sales

A veteran in the workers’ compensation industry, Mendez is responsible for driving new program sales and leading organizational growth in the western United States.

Mendez brings over 25 years of expertise in ancillary services cost containment and sales leadership. Her sales career began at an ancillary services pioneer, Medical Services Company (MSC), where her vast product knowledge and results-oriented approach catalyzed her leadership opportunities, resulting in her rise to leading a sales team. Mendez then began her tenure with PMSI, where she served as vice president of sales, successfully increasing the organization’s client base and driving top line revenue.

After the acquisition of PMSI to Optum, Mendez served as the vice president of corporate sales for Optum Workers’ Compensation Services and most recently, vice president of corporate sales at Rising Medical Solutions.
