The Best of Customer Support award highlights companies that have gone above and beyond to provide their customers with outstanding customer service in 2020.
The Best of Feature Set award recognizes companies that have delivered the best feature sets in their software category based on trusted customer feedback in 2020.
The Best of Usability award recognizes companies that have provided their customers with outstanding usability and product function throughout the 2020 year.
To win awards in these three categories, nominated organizations had to receive at least 10 TrustRadius reviews in the past year that featured specific mention of their product’s customer support, feature set, or usability. Winners also had to rank in the top three positions of their software category, with rankings based on the percentage of positive responses they earned in the past year. Additional vetting via textual review analysis was also performed by the TrustRadius research team.
